Privacy policy
GymRamp handles account and contact details, company and facility affiliations, assigned roles, course assignments, video progress, quiz results, certifications, messages, meeting bookings, and billing records to deliver and administer its services.
Your employer or sponsoring organization supplies and manages employee training information. Authorized managers, owners, franchise representatives and GymRamp staff may see information within their assigned responsibilities. Do not submit health records, patient information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
We use this information for account access, training delivery, reporting, customer support, payment administration, fraud prevention and service-related communications. Payment card details are collected by Stripe; GymRamp receives payment status and limited card details rather than storing full card numbers.
We share information with service providers needed to host the platform, process payments and deliver emails, with authorized customer representatives, and where required to comply with law or protect security. SalesDirect may handle lead and customer information in your authorized CRM to perform the agreed sales services. This does not mean employee training records are automatically sent to a CRM.
Necessary browser storage supports sign-in and account operation. Service providers may process information outside your location. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Inactive and archived employees lose training access, but their training history is not automatically deleted. Records are retained as needed for service delivery, certification verification, legitimate business purposes and legal obligations. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed with the sponsoring organization; this is not a promise of indefinite retention.
Contact Support@GymRamp.com to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to ask about applicable privacy rights. We may verify your identity and coordinate with your organization. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. The service is intended for business users, not children.
Terms of service
You must have authority to purchase services for your organization and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials private and grant staff access only within your authority. Do not share accounts, resell course access, copy or redistribute training material, disrupt the platform, or access another organization's information.
GymRamp supplies the services identified in your order. SalesDirect calling scope, staffing, hours and CRM arrangements must be agreed before service begins. Customers are responsible for providing authorized CRM access and lawful lead sources, consent and outreach instructions. Both parties must comply with applicable marketing and communications laws.
Training and sales services do not guarantee revenue, sales results, employment, regulatory approval or professional licensing. Recovery, rejuvenation and peptide content is educational, not medical advice or authorization to provide clinical services.
GymRamp retains ownership of its training materials and platform. Customers retain their rights in information they provide. Access may be restricted for nonpayment, security risks or misuse; earned records remain subject to the privacy and certificate policies.
California law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here waives rights or remedies that applicable law prohibits waiving. Contact Support@GymRamp.com to resolve service or billing concerns. Material changes will be communicated before they apply; accepted historical agreements are not silently replaced.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
New memberships renew monthly until you submit cancellation notice. The recurring amount is shown before payment. Billing normally occurs on the joining-day anniversary, or the last available day in a shorter month. There is no new 12-month commitment under this policy.
Submit cancellation notice to Support@GymRamp.com before the next renewal. Include your company and account email; never send card details. GymRamp will confirm the effective date. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the already-paid period. Keep your cancellation confirmation and contact us if you do not receive one.
Payments are non-refundable, including unused time, except where applicable law requires a refund or a billing error must be corrected. Cancellation does not erase charges already owed for services delivered.
SalesDirect caller hours are additional to the management fee and are billed according to agreed hours worked. LMS program prices and allowances are listed separately in your selection. Your order and accepted agreement control any existing arrangement.
Access requires current monthly dues. Failed payments may be retried and may interrupt training until resolved. Any plan-change price, effective date and prorated charge must be disclosed before you approve the change.
Training membership and certificates
Your purchased programs determine the courses and active-user allowances available to your organization. Managers assign courses to staff. Users must complete the required lessons and assessments to earn a GymRamp certificate.
A GymRamp certificate records completion of GymRamp training; it is not a government license, medical qualification or independent professional accreditation.
Inactive or archived staff do not receive ongoing training access. Previously earned certification records are preserved subject to applicable retention requirements. After membership ends, contact Support@GymRamp.com for certificate re-issue; identity and completion records must be verified.
